At Tiny Blessings Co., we carefully prepare and pack each order to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.
Shipping Schedule
- Shipments are scheduled daily from Monday to Friday for both Metro Manila and Provincial deliveries.
- Orders are processed and dispatched once production is completed after payment has been verified.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient's location, courier operations, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided (if available) so you can monitor the status of your package.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to dispatch and deliver orders on time, Tiny Blessings Co. is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
- Tiny Blessings Co. will not be liable for delays, additional shipping fees, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit lies with the courier service.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the package and item so we can assist in coordinating with the courier.
