No Return / No Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tiny Blessings Co.. As all of our products are personalized, handmade, and made-to-order, all sales are considered final.

Please note the following:

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
  • Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or personal preference.
  • We encourage customers to carefully review all order details, including names, dates, colors, sizes, and customization requests before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos and videos showing the issue.
  3. Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement for the affected item at our expense.

Important: Claims submitted beyond the specified period or without supporting photos/videos may not be eligible for replacement.

If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
